With the software-controlled Liquid Sampling Module (LSM II), Bruker‘s MPA II Dairy Analyzer establishes a new standard for quality control and analysis of liquid and solid samples in the dairy industry. Depending on the product and its viscosity, this dual system can switch between a strong homogenizer and a peristaltic pump for sample treatment and transport. The dual idea enables effective analysis of any liquid milk and dairy product, whether homogenized or not.
The MPA II Dairy Analyzer is also suitable for sugar-containing products such as yoghurt drinks, flavored milk, and even fiber-containing products such as cat’s milk. The MPA II and LSM II are equipped with dedicated calibration packages that can be used with any milk type, including raw milk, skim milk, standardized milk, and UHT milk.
