HERACLES is dedicated to the analysis of your product’s aroma as well as chemical molecules composing the odour, with AroChemBase option. HERACLES technology uses flash gas chromatography technology and unique technical characteristics, to provide unsurpassed performance in assessing the chemical composition and related sensory attributes. It allows manual injection and can also be used with an autosampler.<\/p>\n

The system is composed of<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. A dual fast GC electronic nose unit (hardware) to detect and analyze the volatile compoundsin the sample;<\/li>\n
  2. A computer for system monitoring, data acquisition and processing with AlphaSoft software;<\/li>\n
  3. In some configurations: an autosampler for automated sample handling and injection.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

     <\/p>\n

    Fully automated operations and accurate temperature control produce a high level of measurements reproducibility and stability. With Flash GC capabilities coupled with an autosampler, HERACLES can analyze up to 200 samples a day. Fast gas chromatography with embedded pre-concentration trap allows to reach very low detection thresholds on volatile compounds.<\/p>\n
